    Here's an explanation of the elements of his purpose statement:
    Create awareness: often, people don’t even know what they don’t or should know, or what might be opportunities or avenues of what might, could or should be.


    Inspire: uses himself and the experiences of the people he work with to encourage, ignite, and help people move forward, no matter their choice, and see that a positive outcome is possible for the future.

    Way forward: a step in a the right direction for them (not their loved ones, families, friends, colleagues, society, company, etc), having a sense of heading, purpose, intention as well as action. This does not mean that it is fixed or unchanging, but more that as of right now, people know where they should go.

    Success: everyone’s definition of success is different, and for each individual, it also changes over the course of time. Every individual needs to figure out what they want as a positive impactful result at the end of something.
