This two-day program designed for coaches, consultants and practitioners who want to integrate Builder Profile BP10’s insights into their practice. Participants will learn to interpret and apply BP10 results, including detailed insights into capabilities and roles, in order to help clients build and scale effectively.

The learning objectives for this program are to:

• Discover BP10 reports and how to interpret them.
• Understand the 10 capabilities and the 3 roles thoroughly
• Apply practical methods to help build and create the desired impact
• Integrate the worksheets, templates, and materials to transform client outcomes
• Ability to not only coach or support with Gallup's BP10 coaching report, but also take advantage of the insights gathered from individual capability intensity
