At Hyperion, we understand the struggles and uncertainties faced by aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those transitioning from successful careers. Our retreat is purposefully designed to provide an intimate and focused environment, with no more than ten participants per expert coach. We offer a blend of directed work and reflection, helping participants gain the clarity and confidence needed to move forward with their business ventures.
Our experienced coaches provide personalized guidance, feedback, and support, ensuring that participants are thoroughly prepared and confident as they set their pathway forward. It's about clarity and peace of mind.

We limit our retreat to ten participants per coach to ensure personalized attention and support.
Each morning is dedicated to intense, guided work. Afternoon and evenings are for reflection, conversations and growth .
We cover the essential areas for peace of mind, setting a solid foundation and providing you with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
Available only to retreat participants, you can opt to continue to work with your coach for continued conversations and support, both individually and in groups.
Opting-into the 3 months post retreat support will enhance your plan refinement, support its adaptation to new realities and hold you accountable.
No matter your choice at the end of the retreat, you will have core fundamentals applicable to entrepreneurship or finding your career fit.
